construction of the administrative building of the Municipal Office (building D) 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the administrative building of the Municipal Office in Tarnowo Podgórne (building D). 2. The scope of work for the task that is the subject of the procedure is described in detail in the project documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, as well as in the bill(s) of quantities and the SWZ. Any catalogue bases are provided solely to facilitate the preparation of calculations – their use for cost estimation is not obligatory. The technical specification for execution and acceptance of works, the bill(s) of quantities, and the project documentation form an annex to this specification. 3. All work must be carried out in accordance with the regulations in force, applicable standards, technical requirements, and building knowledge, as well as with the provisions on occupational health and safety and fire protection (BHP, ppoż.), and with the instructions of the Contracting Authority.
