A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in Annex No. 2 to these Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia). The subject of the investment is the construction of a detached, single-storey, unbasemented garage building for 5 ambulances. The road portion includes re-profiling of the existing pavement surface and construction of parking spaces/parking areas (4 parking spaces and 1 space for a person with a disability). The category of the construction object is XXV – vehicle servicing station.
