TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction of a garage-and-utility building as part of the investment titled "Construction of warehouses" The subject of the contract is the construction of a garage-and-utility building on plot no. cadastral record 84/2 in Malanów. The area where the building is located is not covered by the provisions of the local spatial development plan. For this area, a Decision on the determination of a public-purpose investment no. 14/2024 has been issued. Scope of works: - Construction of a garage-and-utility building, - Paved areas together with walkways, access roads, and parking spaces. A detailed description of the task is provided in the attached projects. The task is financed under the Civil Protection and National Defence Programme for 2025-2026.
