Construction of a garage and warehouse building together with hardstanding for the needs of protection of the population and civil defence 1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the task entitled “Construction of a garage and warehouse building together with hardstanding for the needs of protection of the population and civil defence” under the system “design and build”. 2. The scope of works includes: I. Preparation of design-and-cost documentation covering: 1) Obtain a map for design purposes at a scale of 1:500 – 1 copy, 2) Obtain technical connection conditions in order to ensure the supply and off-take for utilities (media), 3) Obtain, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions required by law that are necessary to prepare complete documentation, 4) Obtain, on behalf of the Investor, a permit for tree felling within the scope of the investment, 5) Obtain, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the building permit(s), 6) Carry out geotechnical tests of soils (if necessary) – 3 copies, 7) Prepare the building design in accordance with the scope of the…
