TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of an outbuilding for the Leśnictwo Klęcko ranger office Execution of construction works involving the construction of an outbuilding together with technical infrastructure with the characteristics as follows: • a single-storey, unbasemented, single-level building, built using traditional brick-and-timber technology with a gable roof with a pitch angle of 30°; • the building has a footprint in the shape of a rectangle with external dimensions of 6.26 m x 11.65 m and a height at the ridge of 4.82 m; • the building is equipped with installations: electrical; • the building is unheated; • site hardstanding areas by the building in the form of concrete paving blocks. The works covered by this contract will be carried out in accordance with the building permit procedure. The detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) consists of: • Bill of quantities — Annex No 12 to the SWZ; • Design and execution construction project — Annex No 13 to the SWZ; • Technical specifications for performance and acceptance of construction works — Annex No 14 to the SWZ.
