Specification of the Subject of the Contract: The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the construction of a warehouse building intended for the needs of protection of the population and civil defence, carried out under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025-2026. 2. Description of the subject of the contract. The detailed scope of the planned construction works is included in the design documentation constituting Annex No 8 to these terms of reference (SWZ). The bill of quantities attached to the SWZ is of an auxiliary nature. The Contractor is obliged to accurately verify the actual quantity of works with the design documentation.
