TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract in the “design and build” formula is the performance of design works and construction works consisting in the construction of a 1D multi-family residential building with an underground garage, together with internal installations and fixed equipment, as well as servicing and development of the site. The residential units must be finished “turnkey”, i.e. in a condition that allows occupancy without the Lessee having to incur additional costs related to finishing the unit; in particular, they should include: a) paint coatings for walls and ceilings, b) floor coverings in all rooms, c) wall coverings in sanitary nodes (gres tiles to full height), in kitchen annexes and kitchens (backsplashes made of gres tiles), d) internal door joinery, e) four-burner induction hobs, built-in electric oven, single-bowl sink together with a conglomerate drainer and a tap, f) white bathroom fixtures (washbasins, bathtubs/showers, WC pans “type geberit”, etc.).
