The subject of the contract is the construction of a multi-family residential building as part of TBS located on plot no. 48, cadastral district 39, at Łódzka Street in Częstochowa — building “B”. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the construction, in a “turnkey” standard, of a 1-staircase, four-storey (above-ground) residential building with an internal lift, parking spaces and site development, with residential units with the following parameters: a) built-up area: 488.47 m², b) usable floor area: 1,601.18 m², c) total volume: 6,400.00 m³, together with internal installations, connections and site development, and the Contractor obtaining, by the Contractor, a legally valid occupancy permit for the building. 3.
