TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a multi-family residential building for social housing. The basic function will be residential, as well as a recreational function (green areas together with a publicly accessible recreation area). The whole will be supplemented with the necessary communication infrastructure (walkways, driveways, ramps) and technical infrastructure (construction equipment, external installations and connections). A functional layout is planned for 3 above-ground storeys, i.e. on the ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. The building is designed with the main entrance from the west. The building provides an entrance using 2 separate stairwells. Vertical circulation is ensured by stairwells and passenger lifts adapted for transporting persons with disabilities. The building has 57 residential units, including 5 adapted for persons with disabilities, and 57 storage cells for residents, as well as technical rooms.
