TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a multi-family residential building for the needs of social housing. The primary functions will be residential and recreational (green areas together with a publicly accessible recreation area). The whole will be supplemented with the necessary transport infrastructure (walkways, driveways, ramps) and technical infrastructure (construction equipment, external installations and connections). A functional layout has been planned on 3 above-ground storeys, i.e. on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. The building has been designed with a main entrance from the west. The building provides an entrance via 2 separate staircases. Vertical circulation is provided by the staircases and passenger lifts adapted for the transport of persons with disabilities. The building contains 57 residential units, including 5 adapted for persons with disabilities, and 57 storage cells for residents, as well as technical rooms.
