Construction of a multi-family residential building together with accompanying infrastructure on plot no. 1573 in the town of Alwernia, Alwernia municipality The subject of the contract is to carry out the investment task entitled “Construction of a multi-family residential building together with accompanying infrastructure on plot no. 1573 in the town of Alwernia, Alwernia municipality.” Detailed scope of works is provided in “Description of the Subject of the Contract”, design documentation, bill of quantities and the STWIORB being attachments to the SWZ. The Contractor whose offer has been selected as the most advantageous is required, in agreement with the Contracting Authority, to prepare and submit a detailed cost estimate and a Material and Financial Implementation Schedule for the subject of the contract no later than 7 days before the conclusion of the contract, and to obtain the Contracting Authority’s approval for the aforementioned documents.
