Construction of a multi-family residential building together with internal and external installations and the construction of retaining walls on plot no. 861 in the town of Ciężkowice, gmina Ciężkowice The subject of the contract is the performance of the investment task entitled "Construction of a multi-family residential building together with internal and external installations and the construction of retaining walls on plot no. 861 in the town of Ciężkowice, gmina Ciężkowice". The Contractor whose tender has been selected as the most advantageous shall prepare and submit an offer cost estimate and, in consultation with the Contracting Authority, shall prepare and submit a work schedule in terms of scope and finance for the implementation of the subject of the contract no later than 7 days before the conclusion of the contract. Introducing changes to the schedule will not be treated as a change to the contract and will not require the conclusion of an addendum to the contract.
