The subject of the contract is construction works including in particular: 1) the construction of one multi-family residential building with five above-ground storeys and one underground storey, with two staircases and two lifts; 2) the construction of 77 residential units and 77 resident storage units (lockers), including two units adapted to the needs of people using wheelchairs; 3) the construction of an underground garage with 46 parking spaces and technical and utility rooms; 4) the construction of a refuse shelter (bin shed), maneuvering roads and a fire road, parking lots, pedestrian paths, a publicly accessible square, and two driveways (entrances); 5) the installation of sanitary systems: water-and-sewage (water-kan), gas, electrical, photovoltaic, telecommunication (teletechnical), ventilation, outdoor lighting, drainage, and charging stations for electric vehicles; 6) the installation of a photovoltaic system; 7) the performance of all preparatory, demolition, earthworks, structural, finishing, installation and commissioning works necessary to obtain an occupancy permit. 3.
