TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a residential and service building together with the necessary technical infrastructure, and redevelopment of the Municipal Office building 1. The contract covers the execution of an investment project entitled: “Construction of a residential and service building together with the necessary technical infrastructure, and redevelopment of the Municipal Office building”. 2. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the construction of a building structure with three storeys, with residential units (9 units) on all storeys, and with commercial premises and technical rooms on the ground floor. In the central part of the building, a stairwell is planned, through which access will be provided to the residential units on floors 1 and 2 and to the rear of the building. Behind the stairwell, a boiler room will be located, and at the entrance, a technical room. On the newly constructed facility, a flat and gable roof is to be made, with a reinforced-concrete structure in the flat part and wooden beams in the sloping part.
