Construction of building no. 1 located on plot no. ewid. 1839/11, cadastral district 0009 in Kielce, together with the necessary infrastructure 1. The Client’s representative in charge during the construction of building no. 1 will be the Investor Supervision, which will consist of Investor Supervision Inspectors for each of the trades. They will be chaired by the appointed coordinator, an inspector for the structural trade. The task of the Investor Supervision is to verify compliance of the performance of the contract subject with the design documentation. Any changes and arrangements must obtain a positive opinion from the Investor Supervision before they receive approval from the Client. Any consents and arrangements require a written form confirmed by an entry in the Construction Log Book or by preparing the relevant official note. 2.
