Construction of a building – a recreational pavilion in Ostrowiec II 1. The subject of the contract is an investment involving the construction of a recreational pavilion in the locality of Ostrowiec, commune (gmina) of Wałcz, cadastral district 0059 – Ostrowiec, located on plots with registration numbers 388 and 137/26, together with the necessary infrastructure.2. The subject of the contract is a single-storey building with a rectangular floor plan, covered with a symmetrical gable roof, with an entrance to the pavilion from the side of the parking areas and an additional exit to the outside to the adjacent terrace. The roof has been covered with sheet metal, the plinth has been finished to imitate tiles, the remaining walls are made of sandwich panels, PVC joinery, gutters, downspouts, flashings, and window sills made of sheet metal.3.
