TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a guardhouse building for JRG and KP PSP in Nowy Tomyśl on the plot of land no. 278/5, cadastral district Paproć, Nowy Tomyśl municipality, locality Paproć. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design documentation constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Bill(s) of quantities for the works are only an information and auxiliary basis, enabling the price to be calculated. 3. Before submitting an offer, the Contracting Authority recommends that Contractors carry out a site inspection of the location of the works to be performed, after arranging the visit in advance with a representative of the Contracting Authority by phone number 47 771 84 00. 4. The Contracting Authority informs that the scope of the task does not include construction works in the scope of the warehouse of resources for the protection of the civilian population and civil defence (OLiOC) and the shelter, subject to the requirement to supply all required installations (utilities/media) to the locations where the buildings will be erected, which will be implemented as part of separate stages (procedures). 5.
