TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a fire station building for the JRG and KP PSP in Nowy Tomyśl on the plot no. 278/5, Paproć precinct, Nowy Tomyśl municipality, Paproć locality. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the project documentation constituting Annex no. 1 to the ToR. The bills of quantities serve only as informative and auxiliary basis enabling price calculation. 3. The Contracting Authority recommends that Contractors, before submitting an offer, carry out a site inspection of the place of works, after prior arrangement of the visit with the Contracting Authority's representative at telephone number 47 771 84 00. 4. The Contracting Authority informs that: 1) the procedure for obtaining a building permit is in progress. The expected date for obtaining permits is September-October 2026. 2) the scope of the task does not include construction works in the area of the civil protection and population safety resources warehouse (OLiOC) and the shelter, except for the necessity to provide all required installations (utilities) to the locations where these objects will be placed, which will be executed in separate stages…
