TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the construction of a multi-family residential building at ul. Armii Krajowej in Strzegom together with equipment, the necessary infrastructure, site development on plots with plot registration numbers 767/11, 769/1 and 769/2, cadastral district 0003 Śródmieście No. 3, including connections and internal networks on plots with plot registration numbers 767/12, 768, 767/9, cadastral district 0003 Śródmieście No. 3, together with obtaining an occupancy permit. As part of the contract, it is planned to construct a residential, multi-family, above-basement building with a usable area of 2217,60 m2. The building in question is divided into two symmetrical parts (A and B), each accommodating 23 apartments, which together provides 46 residential units.
