TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Construction of a multi-family residential building in Przezmark - Elbląg municipality” 4.1.1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a 27-unit multi-family residential building together with the necessary technical infrastructure, including site development, on plot 117/2, cadastral district 0023 Elbląg Przezmark - Osiedle, requiring finishing works for the premises, as well as the designed green area. The purpose of the contract is to create 27 new residential units made in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract and the design documentation. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the design documentation are provided in Annex No. 8 and 8a. 4.1.2. Within the scope of this contract, the Contractor will be required to include in its pricing and to carry out works, services and deliveries resulting from the complete design documentation, in particular technical and execution designs, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, and other documents constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
