TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a multi-family residential building together with accompanying infrastructure as part of the project entitled "Construction of training and assisted living apartments in the Starogardzki County" 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of an investment task entitled "Construction of training and assisted living apartments in the Starogardzki County".2. The investment involves the construction of a single-storey building in which there will be located 4 apartments (serving as training and assisted living apartments), together with a boiler room and tenants’ storage rooms, as well as site development of the surroundings, according to the attached documentation.3. A detached, single-storey building has been designed, with no basement, on a plan of an elongated rectangle with a central part protruding beyond the façade line. The building volume is covered with a pitched roof with an angle of 25 degrees and 47% pitch. The external walls of the building will be finished with plaster in white, and with an HPL board resembling wood.
