TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the Construction of a Recreation and Leisure Centre in Kumowa Dolina in Chełm, including the execution of construction works together with the necessary elements of accompanying infrastructure in accordance with the prepared and attached design documentation and the issued building permit, including also: a) geodetic services for the ongoing works, b) preparation of and provision to the Contracting Authority with complete as-built documentation, c) preparation of a geodetic as-built inventory, d) making by the Contractor, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all notifications and arrangements and obtaining by the Contractor, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, and handing over to the Contracting Authority all final and unconditional decisions and permits necessary to allow the Investment to be put into use, in accordance with applicable regulations, including the decision on the occupancy permit (if required), e) handing over the Investment to the Contracting Authority for use, f) preparation of a work schedule in terms of scope and finances (time–cost schedule) for the construction works, g) carrying out the construction works based on the…
