TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a single-sided sidewalk on Kolejowa Street in Mosina along the section from Dworcowa Street to Sowiniecka Street. Construction of a single-sided sidewalk on Kolejowa Street in Mosina along the section from Dworcowa Street to Sowiniecka Street. The scope of the contract includes:- construction of a sidewalk, driveways,- construction of parking spaces together with accompanying works, design and site marking/traffic control of the works in the field, geodetic service including as-built inventory, and protection of geodetic survey polygonal points. The detailed scope of the contract has been indicated in the following annexes to the SWZ (terms of reference):- design documentation – construction-and-technical projects, bills of quantities, STWiOR – Annex No 5,- draft contractual provisions – Annex No 6. The Contracting Authority requires the executed subject of the agreement to be covered by a quality guarantee for a period of at least 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the works. The required warranty period for defects in the executed subject of the agreement is 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the works.
