Construction of sidewalks in the locality of Tomaszowice Kolonia, as part of the project: Construction of safe transport infrastructure in the area of the Gmina Jastków The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of an internal road on plot no. 607 and municipal roads nos. 105976L, 106009L and 112501L (cadastral district 0026-Kol. Tomaszowice) within the scope of the construction of a sidewalk in the town of Tomaszowice-Kolonia, Municipality of Jastków, in particular: - preparatory works and securing the construction site - surveying works - earthworks - sidewalk works - vertical and horizontal marking. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, however, when carrying out the works, the guidelines from Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ must be taken into account. Due to the fact that the Contractor’s remuneration indicated in the tender will have a lump-sum nature, the Contractor, when pricing the tender, should base its cost estimate on the scope indicated in the design documentation and the STWIORB, which form an integral part of the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract.
