TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The Contracting Authority informs that the contract entitled: "Construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths in the Municipality and City of Nisko as part of the project: 'Development of micromobility in the MOF Stalowa Wola area'" is being implemented under the regional program European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021 – 2027 "Development of micromobility in the MOF Stalowa Wola area" No. FEPK 03.01-IZ.00-0007/25 co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority No. "FEPK.03 Urban Mobility" of the regional program European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021 – 2027. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law if public funds intended by the Contracting Authority to finance all or part of the contract are not granted. 2.
