TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a pedestrian and cycle path in Lesko 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the construction of a new pedestrian and cycle path in the town of Lesko. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparatory and demolition works, 2) preparation of the bed under the path structure, 3) execution of the sub-base and structural layers, 4) execution of surfacing of type I, 5) execution of surfacing of type II – reinforced, 6) execution of concrete kerbs together with concrete footings, 7) tidying up the investment site area, 8) performing all associated and ancillary works necessary for the proper execution and acceptance of the subject matter of the contract. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ), the project documentation (Annex No. 7 to the SWZ), the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ) and the bill of quantities (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ).
