„Construction of an access road to the Gronowo forester’s lodge” 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the construction of an access road to the Gronowo forester’s lodge. The project is planned for plots identified by numbers 5144/10, precinct 0002 Borówno, land registry unit 040504_3 Kowalewo Pomorskie, and 1144/13, precinct 0005 Gronowo, land registry unit 041504_2 Lubicz. The access road to the Gronowo Forest Ranger Office planned for construction has the XXV category of building structure. The sections of the access road that are the subject of the contract constitute an expansion of the existing utility access roads to the Gronowo forester’s lodge and to the existing water intake point for fire-fighting purposes and to the recreation area located in its vicinity. These roads are located in forest areas administered by PGL Nadleśnictwo Golub-Dobrzyń. The task covered by this document consists of 3 sections with a total length of 355.70 m. In the existing condition, for the vast majority of its alignment, this road has a natural unpaved earth carriageway of variable width, locally strengthened with broken aggregate from recycling.
