Construction of a pedestrian road along DK92 in the town of Lutol Suchy, Railway Station The subject of the contract is: “Construction of a pedestrian road along DK92 in the town of Lutol Suchy, Railway Station”. The subject of the contract along the main section of DK92 is the design and construction of: — a pedestrian road from km 67+665 (from the petrol station) to km 67+745 (to the bus bay) on the left side with a length of approx. 80 m and width min. 1.80 m; — lighting dedicated to the existing pedestrian crossing at km 67+820 together with the transitional area before and after the crossing from approx. km 67+750 (by the bus bay) to approx. km 67+840. The scope of the contract includes carrying out all necessary works for the proper functioning of the elements to be implemented under the contract, in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the Orders of the General Director of National Roads and Motorways. All necessary design studies must be prepared, and on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority it is necessary to obtain the required opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements/agreements, permits, authorisations, decisions and consents…
