TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task in the “design and build” formula, including the preparation of complete design documentation for the construction of a cycle route together with the necessary supplementary infrastructure, on the basis of which the investment may be carried out both in terms of formal-legal and technical aspects, and the performance of works in accordance with this design. 2. The scope of the contract in particular includes the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining, for and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the ZRID decision, and the construction of a cycle route together with the necessary supplementary infrastructure on the section Blizanów Drugi–Godziątków. 3. The contract is carried out as part of the project “Powiat Kaliski friendly to cyclists – Construction of cycle paths”, co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the Programme European Funds for Greater Poland 2021-2027. 4.
