TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Description of the subject matter of the contract: a) The subject matter of the contract is a construction work consisting in the construction of a cycle path on the southern side of Al. Pokoju, on the section from Grzegórzecki Roundabout to the 308 Dywizjonu Roundabout. As part of the investment, it is necessary to carry out, among other things: • construction of a cycle path, • construction of sections of shared pedestrian and cycle paths, • construction and reconstruction of sections of pavements, • reconstruction of existing underground utility networks of the site that conflict with the investment, • construction of a technology duct (technological channel), • felling of existing trees and shrubs that conflict with the investment, • installation of vertical and horizontal road markings and road traffic safety devices, • reconstruction of the existing traffic lights system in connection with the construction of cycle crossings. b) The Contracting Authority described the Subject Matter of the Contract using the following attachments: • Draft contract provisions (PPU), constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, • Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of…
