TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Description of the subject matter of the contract: a) The subject matter of the contract is a construction work consisting in the construction of a cycle route on the southern side of Al. Pokoju, along the section from Rondo Grzegórzeckiego to Rondo 308 Dywizjonu. As part of the investment, it is necessary to carry out, inter alia: • construction of a cycle route, • construction of sections of pedestrian-and-cycle paths, • construction and reconstruction of sections of sidewalks, • reconstruction of existing utility networks in the area that conflict with the investment, • construction of a technology channel, • removal (felling) of existing trees and shrubs that conflict with the investment, • installation of vertical and horizontal traffic markings and road traffic safety devices, • reconstruction of the existing traffic lights system in connection with the construction of cycle crossings. b) The Contracting Authority described the Subject matter of the contract using the following attachments: • Draft contractual provisions (PPU), constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, • Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB),…
