Construction of an access road to the Forest Nursery 1) The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of an access road to the Forest Nursery of the Miradz Forest District (Nadleśnictwo Miradz) along a section with a length of 608.0 linear metres (from km 0+000.00 to km 0+608.00) and the construction of a turning-and-parking yard at km 0+579 providing 10 parking spaces on forest plots administered by the Miradz Forest District (plot no. 3207 and 3208, cadastral unit 0013 Miradz, Strzelno municipality — rural area 040904_5, Mogilno county, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been set out in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, including the scope of works to be performed which are the subject of the contract, comprises: - detailed technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works; - bill of quantities; - land development project; - project for a permanent traffic organization.
