Construction of a municipal access road to the fields, Poziomkowa Street, in the Municipality of Ożarowice 1) The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the construction of an access road to the fields (Poziomkowa Street) over a length of approximately 800 m – from the location where the existing asphalt section ends on the eastern side to the connection to the existing carriageway of Oparowa Street. 2) The subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are specified in detail by: a) Design documentation, including the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of the works; b) Draft contract provisions. 3) The attached bills of quantities do not constitute a description of the subject of the contract; they serve exclusively as an auxiliary tool for pricing the contract and are in no way binding.
