The subject of the contract is the construction of a municipal road, Pod Pielgrzymowem Street, on plot(s) no.: 75 82/1, 83/1, 84/3, precinct unit 0009 Raciborowice, commune (gm.) Michałowice, covered by the building permit decision No. AB.V.1.801.2026 of 31 August 2026, hereinafter referred to as the “Investment”.2.
