Construction of a county road constituting a connection between the Chwaszczyno interchange and county road No. 1935G in the town of Chwaszczyno – Stage I (Chwaszczyno interchange) 1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a county road constituting a connection between the Chwaszczyno interchange and county road No. 1935G in the town of Chwaszczyno – Stage I (Chwaszczyno interchange). The task will be carried out in the mode “design and build”. The scope of Stage I covered by this contract includes the preparation of design documentation and obtaining a decision allowing the implementation of a road investment (ZRID) for the entire scope (Stage I and II) and the performance of construction works relating only to Stage I. The scope of division into stages is specified in Appendix No. 4 to the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (fig. division into stages).2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
