Construction of the road on Azaliowa, Liliowa, Jaśminowa and Lawendowa Streets in Ligota Zamęcka 1. Contract name: Construction of the road on Azaliowa, Liliowa, Jaśminowa and Lawendowa Streets in Ligota Zamęcka. 2. The subject of the contract includes construction of the road on Azaliowa, Liliowa, Jaśminowa and Lawendowa Streets in Ligota Zamęcka together with a stormwater drainage sewer network, the reconfiguration of a pole stand, and the reconfiguration of telecommunications infrastructure. The detailed scope of the works and the manner of their performance are set out in the design documentation, bills of quantities, and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, prepared for the purposes of this contract and constituting Annex No 7 to these Specifications. 3. Minimum warranty period required by the Contracting Authority — 3 years. The Contractor’s offer proposing a warranty period shorter than 3 years shall be rejected as not compliant with the SWZ. 4.
