TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is two multi-family residential buildings A and B, an above-ground open garage, together with site development and construction equipment, along with the associated investment at ul. Okólnej 15 in Świnoujście, on plots No. 61/3, 61/5, 46/6, 61/6, 46/7, 63/14, 46/8, 132/1, precinct 0014 Warszów. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into three Stages: 1) Stage I – demolition of existing buildings, site hardstanding, fencing, old concrete elements, development elements, and other elements that conflict with the investment plan. Stage I, within its scope, includes: a) demolition of the existing underground technical infrastructure – decommissioned gas installation – gas connection, removal of the gas connection, removal of elements of underground infrastructure owned by the Investor such as the external installation of sanitary and stormwater drainage, a district heating pipeline, a water supply line, site lighting, removal of a fragment of the electrical power network (based on the collision-removal conditions issued by the network operator); b) demolition of the buildings: K1, K2, K3 and K4 and structures K5 and K6, removal of steel…
