TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to design and construct two energy-efficient multi-family residential buildings designated as A2 and B2 (40 apartments in each building, i.e. 80 apartments in total) together with the technical infrastructure and site development, as part of the investment task titled “Construction of two multi-family residential buildings A2 and B2 together with technical infrastructure and site development at Sobieskiego Street in Skierniewice – stage II”, along with obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority the final decision on the occupancy permit for both buildings together with the infrastructure. The apartments are to be delivered in the “turnkey” standard. The contract is awarded under the “design and build” formula (Article 103(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp)).
