On plots no. 42, 35/2, 85/13, 86/3, the investment is intended to be carried out, involving the construction of multi-family residential buildings with a garage component on the ground floors and the construction of construction facilities (including, among other things, the internal and external sections of internal installations’ communication system: sanitary sewerage, stormwater drainage, electrical, lighting electrical, and telecommunication) implemented as part of the task. STAGE 1 – Building B1 A building with four above-ground storeys. A low-rise structure, designed on a rectangular plan with dimensions of 16.05 x 57.24 m. Building footprint area – 918.70 m2. The height of the building measured from the ground level at the lowest-positioned entrance to the building, located on the first above-ground storey, to the upper edge of the front façade is 12.77 m.
