TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of two Family Children’s Homes at Rybaków Street in Gdynia The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works entitled: “Construction of two Family Children’s Homes at Rybaków Street in Gdynia”, which includes the construction of two single-family residential buildings in detached development, together with site development and technical infrastructure and equipment at Rybaków Street in Gdynia, as well as the construction of water supply networks together with connections to municipal residential buildings at Rybaków Street 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 in Gdynia, and the submission of an effective notification of completion of the works and obtaining on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority certificates of no grounds for raising objections to the intention to commence use of the buildings and infrastructure (and/or decisions on permission for use) issued by the Poviat Building Supervision Inspector within the scope of the contract pursuant to Article 54(2) of the Construction Law, or issued upon the Contractor’s request after the expiry of the period for submitting an objection.
