Construction of a branch of the Municipal Centre for Culture, Sport and Promotion together with a library branch in Toporzysko The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled “Construction of a branch of the Municipal Centre for Culture, Sport and Promotion together with a library branch in Toporzysko”, on plot no. ewid. 24/13 in the locality of Toporzysko. The scope of the contract includes comprehensive construction of a detached, single-storey public utility building, together with earthworks, foundation works, structural works, finishing works, installation of joinery and metalwork, and the execution of the following installations: water and sewage, central heating, gas, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, lightning protection, photovoltaic and tele-technical. The contract also includes site development, including walkways, driveways, parking spaces, paved surfaces, drainage, sewerage, tanks, drainage, fencing, small architecture, landscaping and an LPG tank.
