Construction of a garage at the Maków Podhalański Cultural Centre in the town of Maków Podhalański 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a garage at the Maków Podhalański Cultural Centre in the town of Maków Podhalański. 2. The subject of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) preparation and development of the site to the extent necessary for the implementation of the investment, 2) construction of a single-storey garage building together with a storage area, 3) execution of all necessary installations and elements of technical infrastructure related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, 4) construction of paved areas for access ways and driveways to the designed facility, 5) performance of other construction works, installation works, and site development necessary for the proper implementation of the investment and for obtaining a complete subject of the contract fit for use. 3.
