Construction of a freestanding garage for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) in Duńkowice The subject of the planned undertaking is the construction of a freestanding garage for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Department (Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna) in Duńkowice, including the following works: – earthworks, foundations, – ground-floor walls, – floor slab and reinforced-concrete elements, – roof – structure and covering, – groundworks and floors, – thermal insulation of the ceiling slab, – door joinery, metalwork; – internal plastering and internal cladding, – façade, – access driveway, wheel stops. NOTE: The contract does not include demolition works (i.e., dismantling the existing wooden shed/altana). The contract includes the construction of a freestanding garage together with internal installations: electrical, a waste collection area, paving/sealed surfaces – access walkways and access drive to the building, on the plot area of part of plot no. ewid. gr.1199/4 in the town of Duńkowice, cadastral district 0004, municipality Radymno.
