Construction of a warehouse hall for equipment and materials for the needs of Civil Protection and Civil Defense The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled “Construction of a warehouse hall for equipment and materials for the needs of Civil Protection and Civil Defense”, including comprehensive construction of a warehouse hall together with the necessary technical infrastructure, connections and site development, within the scope specified in the procurement documents. The detailed scope, design solutions, technical parameters, material requirements, quantities of works, and requirements concerning tests, trials and acceptances are specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ - Technical Documentation. Bills of quantities have an auxiliary nature. As regards pile foundations, the Contractor performs tests, trials, developments, temporary works, and control and documentation activities required by the technical documentation. The costs of activities resulting from procurement documents made available before the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders are covered by lump-sum remuneration.
