„Construction of a warehouse hall together with technical infrastructure” for the needs of crisis management and civil defence in the system: design and build The subject of the contract is the performance of complete design-and-cost-estimation documentation as well as the execution of construction works (design and build) in accordance with the developed technical documentation, within the investment undertaking under which it is planned to construct a warehouse hall together with technical infrastructure on plot no. ewid. 187/2 in Terpentyna, Dzierzkowice commune. The entire investment will be intended for the Gmina Dzierzkowice, and is planned for the northern part of plot with the registration number 187/1 in Terpentyna. On the subject plot, there is an office building of the Municipal Office of Dzierzkowice, a service building, and a garage building. The remaining part of the plot is occupied by a car park, paved areas, and green areas. The warehouse hall will be a facility intended for storing resources for protection of the public and civil defence.
