Construction of a hall for agricultural equipment under the design-and-build formula 1. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of design documentation and the performance of construction works related to the construction of a hall for agricultural equipment at the Zespół Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego in Bielice, under the design-and-build formula. 2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparation of complete design documentation necessary for carrying out the investment, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU) and applicable regulations; 2) obtaining the required arrangements, opinions, decisions and other documents necessary for carrying out the investment, including obtaining a building permit, notifications or other documents required by law; 3) preparing the site for carrying out the investment, including execution of the necessary earthworks and preparatory works; 4) execution of foundations and other structural works; 5) fabrication and installation of the hall structure; 6) execution of the cladding of the hall walls and roof, together with the required insulation and finishing…
