TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority entrusts and the Contractor accepts to perform construction works entitled: "Construction of a sports hall at Primary School No. 398 at 8 Rembrandt Street", constituting the III stage of the school and kindergarten complex, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of awarding contracts involving the repetition of similar construction works to the current Contractor, referred to in art. 214 par. 1 item 7 of the Act. The value of the contract involving the repetition of similar construction works in relation to the value of the basic contract has been set at PLN 2,460,000.00 gross, subject to availability of funds – within the project described in the provisions of the Terms of Reference and in §1 of the draft contract provisions, and involving the performance of activities in the scope of construction works: i.e. earthworks, works related to various pavements, structural works (reinforced concrete, steel), concrete works, masonry works, sanitary, electrical, and teletechnical works.
