TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The Contracting Authority orders and the Contractor accepts for performance under this Agreement the task entitled: “Construction of a sports hall in Leszno”, hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the Agreement”. 2. The task includes the construction of a sports hall with facilities and site development together with all necessary infrastructure, such as: an underground fire-fighting water tank, a retention tank, photovoltaic panels, monitoring, construction of an external equipment storage building, and partial demolition of the primary school building in order to connect the school building to the sports hall via a glazed link at ground-floor level. On the ground floor of the building there will be a multipurpose gymnasium hall with the possibility of dividing it into 3 sectors using fire-resistant curtains, a climbing wall on the east side of the hall, communication corridors with staircases, utility and technical rooms, sanitary nodes, storage rooms, washrooms, changing rooms, an office, rooms for coaches, a reception area together with monitoring and changing rooms for the spectators’ seating area.
