TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The Contracting Authority commissions, and the Contractor accepts for execution under this Agreement the task entitled: Construction of a sports hall in Leszno, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the Agreement". 2. The task includes the construction of a sports hall with facilities as well as site development and all necessary infrastructure, such as: underground fire-fighting reservoir, retention tank, photovoltaic panels, monitoring, construction of an external equipment warehouse, and partial demolition of the primary school building in order to connect the school building with the hall via a glazed link at the ground floor level. On the ground floor of the building there will be a multifunctional gymnasium with the possibility to divide it into 3 sectors using fire-retardant curtains, a climbing wall on the eastern side of the hall, communication corridors with staircases, utility and technical rooms, sanitary facilities, storage rooms, washrooms, changing rooms, an office, rooms for trainers, a reception with monitoring and changing rooms for the audience.
