TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a sports hall in Okszów The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) construction of a detached building with 2 above-ground storeys, which in the future will be connected to the designed school building. The western part of the sports hall is intended for ancillary rooms for the gymnasium, with a sanitary facilities complex and an additional function in the form of a room for aerobics, massage, as well as stands for 268 persons; the eastern part is a gymnasium that houses a basketball, volleyball and handball court and an area for mobile stands. The overall dimensions of the building are 45.24 m x 38.88 m, height 12 m, built-up area 1758.78 m2, usable area 1978.93 m2, volume 21 107.16 m3. The building will be erected on a foundation slab; reinforced concrete structure with infill walls made of masonry; flat roof (2%).
